Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements, it brings focus to the mind and body good for health and wellbeing. enhances physical and mental health as well as to improve posture, strength, balance, flexibility and reduce stress. In addition, Tai Chi is said to boost mood alleviate pain strengthen the immune system and improve heart health. Tai Chi is for everyone it is essentially a gentle activity that is ideal for people wanting to raise their activity levels gently and gradually.
