Exercising is super important for those over the age of 50. exercising on a regular basis continues to keep our body moving and functioning properly as we age, exercising is healthy for you. A low intensity session designed specifically for older adults. suitable for all abilities consists of a range of gentle exercise. join in and reap the physical benefits.
